This module allows you to declare your days of presence at the office, work from home and absence.
By clicking on the module, by default, you will have access to a monthly view of the attendance of all employees (on the right side)
By clicking on a day in the calendar or by searching for a colleague, you can access their presence status.
By clicking on the "map" icon, you will be redirected to the plan in the Reservations module, on the previously selected date: you will have a view of the resource reservations in real time
You can declare your presence for one day or several days at the same time:
- For a day: select the date in question, click on your status and select your presence status
- For several days: click on the "Multi-selection" button, select your days, click on your status, select your state of presence then validate.
By clicking on the "half day" button, you will be able to choose different attendance states for morning and afternoon.
By clicking on the team view (only available on web version), you will have access to the presence status of your team or your favorites.
You can also declare your presence from this view by clicking on that specific day.
Finally, by clicking on the “Settings” button, you could define your typical week with your days of presence in the office, work from home and absence. By saving your choices, they will be automatically applied in the calendar.
