Your profile will allow you to access the various features of the platform. Before continuing, we invite you to set up your account in a few simple steps :

• Register on the platform

• Access your account settings

• Edit your personal information

• Set your notification preferences and change your password

• Change the language
• Delete your profile

Please note that you'll need to complete some parts of your profile setup on the web version of the application.

Register to the platform

There are 2 ways to join the platform :

1. Be invited by a manager of your building. In this case, you will receive an invitation email with a redirection link inviting you to create your password.
   
   
2. Register by yourself. To do this, go to the home page, click on Sign up. You will then be redirected to the registration page where you will have to fill in your personal information.

Once you have entered your first name, last name, password, email and building, all you have to do is accept the terms and conditions of use, the privacy policy and validate everything.

Please note that for the selection of the building you can do so either by entering a building code if it has been communicated to you, or by choosing your building in the drop-down menu. To do this, simply check/uncheck the white button at the top right.

Access your account settings

Click on the circle at the top right of the page and then on your name

Edit your personal information

Once on your profile you will be able to modify your personal information (name, first name, email, phone number and interests).

Set your notification preferences and change your password

Click on the tab Preferences and on the right check the notifications you want to activate according to your preferences.

Click on the tab Password then fill in your current password, the new one and validate it by clicking on Edit password.

Please also make sure to respect the format imposed for the password.

Change the language

You have the possibility to change the language of the platform. To do so, please click on your photo or logo in the upper right corner and then on Language. You can then select the language of your choice.

Delete your profile

To delete your account, simply click on Edit profile and then on Delete my account.
