By clicking on New message you have the possibility to talk to a specific person or to create a discussion group by choosing several recipients

Write your message in the input bar at the bottom right of your screen. You can add attachments by clicking on the icon

by clicking on the little dot in front of the name of a user, it is possible to block the user or add someone to the conversation (choose the person to add then click Done)
