Users can create, manage, and engage with posts and announcements, leveraging a range of functionalities for effective communication within the community.

1. Displaying Posts

Ordering:
- Posts are listed by creation date only; editing a post does not change its order.
- Users can filter posts by type: all, announcements, my posts, and scheduled posts.
2. Creating a post
- Simple Post:
- Users can add text, media/files, and polls.
- The post displays the user avatar, first and last name, and date.

- Announcement:
- Activated by toggling the "official announcement" switch.
- Additional features include title, posting on specific buildings, comment settings, and scheduling.
3. Previewing a Post
- Clicking the preview button allows users to preview the post before publishing.
- Options to return to edit mode or publish the post are available.
4. Pinning a Post
- Pinned posts appear at the top.
- Only one post can be pinned per building.
5. Audience measurement
- Displays "People reached" as a key performance indicator (KPI).
- For posts, KPI is visible only to publishers.
- For announcements, KPI is visible to those with announcement posting rights.
6. Commenting on a post
- Text-only comments are supported.
- Comments are ordered by creation date, with real-time updates for the user posting, editing, or deleting a comment.
7. Rich text editor
- Supports text formatting such as bold and italic.
8. Schedule publication
- Available for announcements on web and mobile.
- Schedule view is accessible via filters or a shortcut link.
- Timezone considerations: The scheduled post's time aligns with the building's timezone.
9. Adding a poll
- Available for both posts and announcements.
- Questions are posed in the post, and options are added when creating a poll.
- Poll results and management details are outlined.
10. Webpage link preview
- Displays link previews; multiple links show only the first preview.
- Preview and link are clickable.
- Users can remove a preview.
11. Adding media and files
- Users can post up to five pictures.
12. Adding reaction
- Users can react with like, love, celebrate, or insightful.
- Reaction details, including user lists, are outlined.
13. Restricting Visibility
- Available for announcements on web.
- Options include visibility for everyone, specific companies, departments, communities, or combinations.
- Restrictions based on the activation of relevant modules.
14. Deleting Comments
- Users can delete their own comments or others' comments with appropriate rights.
