With the guest management module, you can plan and organize the visit of an external person to your building. It allows you to anticipate their arrival by creating an account for them in advance, download important documents related to their visit, and plan their access to the various services offered by your building, such as dining, parking, or the auditorium.

 

How to create a guest profile ?

 

When you open the application, look for the "Guest Management" icon and click on it.

To add a new guest, simply click on the "Add Guest" icon.

Fill in the required information for the guest and click "Next."

Select the date and time of arrival and departure for the guest, then click "Next."

If you need to add a note for the guest or reception, click on "Show More."

Finally, you can add additional documents to be sent to the guest by email. Click on "Add Guest" to finalize the process.

How to create an invitation ? 

 

Click on the "+" icon and select either an existing guest you have created, or create a new one.

Select your guest and fill in all the information such as the duration of the visit.

Once the invitation is created, an email containing all the documents you added is sent to the guest.

Edit a visit

Cliquez sur la visite que vous souhaitez modifier, puis cliquez sur "Modifier la visite".

Vous pouvez maintenant modifier ou supprimer la visite.

Si vous modifiez la visite, modifiez les informations nécessaires et cliquez sur "Enregistrer".

Un nouvel e-mail sera envoyé à l'invité avec les nouvelles informations.

Vous pouvez également modifier le statut de la visite dans l'onglet "Détails de la visite" pour faciliter la visite.
