How to follow my request
When you are in the module, the main view lists all the incidents you have reported. These have several statuses:

New
- requests that have not yet been handled by a manager.

Open
-requests in process.

Pending
- requests awaiting information from the manager

Resolved
- completed requests
-
Archived
- requests processed that no longer need to be retained
How to add additional information
Once a request is published, it is possible to go back to it to share additional information by adding a response, whether the manager has contacted you or not.
