How to report a request

How to follow my request

When you are in the module, the main view lists all the incidents you have reported. These have several statuses:

  • New mceclip1.png - requests that have not yet been handled by a manager.
  • Open mceclip2.png -requests in process.
  • Pending mceclip3.png - requests awaiting information from the manager
  • Resolved mceclip4.png - completed requests
  • Archived mceclip5.png - requests processed that no longer need to be retained

How to add additional information

Once a request is published, it is possible to go back to it to share additional information by adding a response, whether the manager has contacted you or not.
